Job Title: Sales Manager-Mexico
Department: International West-Mexico
Reports To: General Manager, Mexico

Summary:

Cultivate and increase field leadership by implementing innovative sales strategies. Increase field acquisition, field retention, Autoship participation, and gross revenue. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and increase field leadership
- Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Help develop and implement department sales strategies
- Provide solid and consistent corporate leadership and support to the field
- Manage distributor base in the assigned region
- Travel frequently to assigned region to help build rapport with distributors, host meetings, and conduct trainings
- Assist in developing training materials and sales tools.
- Participates in the formulation, development, and execution of the marketing/sales campaigns.
- Help develop Yearly Business Plan for the Region
- Manage Annual Budget for the Region
- Track and report on sales trends and results (activity and revenue)
- Participate in company-sponsored events as directed

Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Presentation Abilities:
Must have solid / basic presentation abilities. Must be able to prepare, organize and present viable content to a group of 250+ people. Must have a basic knowledge of Power Point and other presentation systems. 

Qualifications:

Individual must complete Young Living New Employee Training. Required to have a basic knowledge of Young Living Products, opportunity and policies and procedures. Meets minimum of 70% of yearly outlined goals. Must be able to travel 8+ days per month.
Must exude health and vitality.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be able to conduct all business related functions in SPANISH.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
