Young Living Essential Oils Finalizes Purchase of Sixteen Acres in Utah County

Lehi, Utah—Young Living Essential Oils has recently finalized the purchase of sixteen acres of prime real estate for the construction of their new worldwide corporate headquarters. This newly acquired property is adjacent to Young Living's recently completed, 107,000 square foot warehouse and production facility in Spanish Fork.
"This impressive acreage will be used to consolidate our operations," explains Ron Harris, Young Living's Executive Vice President of Operations. "The purchase of this land will allow Young Living to build a world-class campus to go along with our world-class operations."
Construction of the new 150,000-square-foot office building is scheduled for completion in 2011 and will house all of Young Living's corporate operations and a product will-call. Young Living anticipates that this structure will incorporate the latest construction technology and emphasize "green" building practices.
Steve Bentley, Chief Financial Officer at Young Living, states, "With the great freeway access and central location of this new, state-of-the-art office space, we will have what we need to become a billion-dollar-a-year company."
