There’s nothing like welcoming summer with open arms than with a fresh mango and orange smoothie in your hands! Smoothies are such a quick and easy way to make a nutritious breakfast on the go or a yummy, healthy afternoon treat. The kids are sure to love the delicious combination of mango and orange in this recipe!
Embrace the versatility of Orange essential oil as a culinary tool by using it in your cooking to brighten up or complement dishes with its citrus flavour. Use it in baked goods for an acidic contrast to the sweetness of desserts and baked goods.
TIP Double the recipe and make icy poles with the extra smoothie for a cooling summer treat. To boost the nutrient content, you can try adding some Young Living Pure Protein Complete in Vanilla Spice or for a chocolaty twist, add some of the Chocolate Deluxe flavour. You could even try this recipe with adding some NingXia Red.
NOTE If you have not had time to freeze the mango and banana pieces before making this smoothie, you can just add a few ice cubes when blending. Pineapple is also a great option in this smoothie.
