I mixed the Cinnamon Bark Vitality into the honey that is drizzled on top of the pears after baking so that I would not damage the therapeutic properties of the essential oil by baking. These were the best baked-pears I’ve had ! I will make them again during the holidays. Thank you for the recipe!

Great recipe but I think you mean cut the pears vertically? Or to eliminate confusion, “lengthwise”
