Hello, I think that Young Living should consider switching all purpose flour to alternatives like coconut flour and also sugar to other alternatives.
We are promoting healthy leaving ,but not really if recipes have cane sugar in them.
Thanks for your feedback Tamara! We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on ways to improve the recipe. Although we did not try flour or sugar alternatives for this recipe, we certainly encourage you to experiment with what works best for you and would love to hear how you like it!
Nothing wrong with s little sugar I think part of healthy livi g is balance and you need to indulge once in a while. Just my opinion. I personally love changing my flour to coconut or almond flour when ever I can.
man, I wish you’d offer some sugar free, cookie recipes.
I’m going to try these today. I’m glad it’s still with flour and sugar. I haven’t ever had to use alternatives and probably wouldn’t even consider trying the recipe with unknown ingredients. I need to learn how to incorporate the oils into my cooking
They look so yummy
I loved this recipe and all the ingredients listed!
You guys can always substitute the einkorn pancake and waffle mix or einkorn flour.
Great tip!
Also sugar with palm sugar… Palm sugar will go well with the coconut and lime in this recipe!! So delicious!
Thank you for sharing! We love hearing and learning about new twists on recipes and what variations different members enjoy!
Does Young Living have a stevia product? I have heard from some that some stevia products can be dangerous because of the additives that have been used to process this plant for storage and selling. It would be wonderful to have a safe source of stevia which does not affect the blood sugar for those with a sweet tooth unable to eat sugar due to health and dietary issues.
thank you
A great idea to have these to sample at your next presentation, and you could swap out the flours and sugar for almond flour and stevia
