  • 60 g sliced black olives
  • 2 drops Oregano+ essential oil

  3. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

  6. Create a spiderweb design with the black olives. Start by placing a black olive slice in the centre, and then arrange additional slices in a circular pattern.
  7. Using the sliced pepper, create spider legs by placing eight strips extending from each black olive body.
  8. Combine the Oregano+ and Basil+. Use a pastry brush or tip of a spoon to lightly drizzle this over the pizza for a boost of Italian flavour.
  9. Bake the pizza in the oven according to the pizza dough instructions, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheesy is bubbly and slightly browned.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Granny Smith apples
  • 400 g granulated sugar
  • 120 ml water
  • 120 ml golden syrup
  • 3 drops of Young Living Citrus Fresh+ essential oil
  • Food colouring (optional, for a vibrant hue)
  • Wooden sticks for skewering

Method:

  1. Wash and dry the apples. Remove any stems and stick the wooden sticks into the top of each apple. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and syrup. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Once the sugar has dissolved, insert a candy thermometer into the mixture. Without stirring, bring the mixture to the boil and cook until it reaches a temperature of 150 °C. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove the candy mixture from the heat. Allow it to cool slightly but not set. Stir in 3 drops of Young Living Citrus Fresh+ for a zesty infusion. Add food colouring now if you want a pop of colour. Keep in mind that the candy will harden quickly, so work efficiently.
  5. Coat the apples by holding each one by the wooden stick and dip it into your citrus-infused candy coating, tilting the saucepan to cover the apple evenly. Allow any excess candy to drip off back into the pan.
  6. Place the coated apples on the prepared baking sheet. Allow them to cool and harden completely. Serve them as a zesty treat!
