Exfoliate
Your skin is constantly working to regenerate. As this process happens, dead skin cells move to the surface. Buildup of dead skin cells can dull your complexion and suck up the moisture and benefits from your skin care products. As you get older, this process slows, increasing buildup.
That’s where exfoliation comes in. Using a gentle exfoliator one to three times a week removes dead skin, helping your inner beauty shine through. Pay attention to how your skin reacts, though, since over-exfoliation can irritate the skin and cause reddening—you know your skin best!

I love adding Manuka & Frankincense essential oils to my moisturizer. My main tip is staying in the shade or wearing a hat to protect my face and skin from the sun.
For healthy, glowing skin: Dry brushing a few times per week helps to improve circulation and remove dead skin, making you glow!

I mix frankincense, lavender, cedarwood and geranium. 5 drops each in 2 cups of coconut oil in a glass container and apply nightly to my face and neck.
