One thing that I really notice to have an effect on my skin is physical activity! As long as I wash my face/body shortly after sweating from a good workout, my skin has so much life in it! It really clears up my face and gets it looking rejuvenating.

Can't wait to try the Lavender Oatmeal Soap! I try and dry brush all over three times a week, shower and then towel dry very lightly before adding a combination of Genesis Body Lotion and Cel-Lite Magic massage oil.
Good info. Always remove all makeup before bedtime. I like to add a drop of frankincense EO to my moisturizer at night.
