Exfoliate
Your skin is constantly working to regenerate. As this process happens, dead skin cells move to the surface. Buildup of dead skin cells can dull your complexion and suck up the moisture and benefits from your skin care products. As you get older, this process slows, increasing buildup.
That’s where exfoliation comes in. Using a gentle exfoliator one to three times a week removes dead skin, helping your inner beauty shine through. Pay attention to how your skin reacts, though, since over-exfoliation can irritate the skin and cause reddening—you know your skin best!

Moisturize
Once you’ve exfoliated, give back to your skin with your favorite moisturizer! Moisturizer is the easiest way to get back your glow while helping your skin look and feel softer and smoother.
Moisturize immediately after bathing by patting your skin dry with a towel, locking in moisture. I use Art Gentle Cleanser and then I add Beauty Serum to Sandalwood Moisture Cream and apply to my face and neck.
I use the ART system of facial wash, toner and moisturizer, and occasional use of Mint Facial Scrub, as well as staying hydrated. Still working on the sleep factor though :)

Sandalwood added to grapeseed oil is wonderful and I love the smell, so it also is uplifting.
I use geranium and lavender, and I mix it with witch hazel, then spray it on my skin. Works great for a toner.

One of the ways I have helped my skin stay looking young is by not using makeup. I have not consistently used makeup since I was just out of high school. I am 41 and people usually think my son (19) and I are a couple. :)
I use Frankincense with Lavender and most recently added Manuka to my regimen. Love Young Living oils!

Before exfoliating I always start with a good cleanser. Always feel as though my skin and pores are ready for the next step after using a good cleanser.
Frankincense added to skin care cream supports my skin tone.
Staying hydrated is key. I also use the lavender lotion.
