Exfoliate
Your skin is constantly working to regenerate. As this process happens, dead skin cells move to the surface. Buildup of dead skin cells can dull your complexion and suck up the moisture and benefits from your skin care products. As you get older, this process slows, increasing buildup.
That’s where exfoliation comes in. Using a gentle exfoliator one to three times a week removes dead skin, helping your inner beauty shine through. Pay attention to how your skin reacts, though, since over-exfoliation can irritate the skin and cause reddening—you know your skin best!

Moisturize

I use a micro fiber cloth to wash my face. Then I follow with a light moisturizer.
I love adding essential oils to my homemade skin care products! Just this morning I added a few drops of grapefruit essential oil to a mixture of goats milk powder and ground oatmeal to make a face mask.

I love to make my own face oil for nighttime use by blending a carrier oil like V-6 or argan oil with several drops each of frankincense or elemi, geranium, patchouli, lavender, and cedarwood!

I love the art trio ❤️ At night I will wash my face with orange bloosm and use couple drops of tea tree. In the morning I use Art trio and use frankinsence before the moisture cream… I am so I love with Young Living products ❤️❤️
