Peace & Calming is such a blessing for me. I have been on Xanax for some time now but am weaning myself off while using the Peace & Calming and the Rutavala. I am almost there :). I have shared this oil with some friends and they love it too. I get a restful nights sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. NOTE: Do not mix these 2 oil blends on the “same places” on your body. I have mixed them and it has made me dizzy & nauseated but as soon as I washed them off with soap and water, the dizziness and nausea went away. I use the Rutavala on my big toe and middle part of my foot (on both feet) morning and about 2 hours before I go to bed at night, then I apply 1 drop of the P&C to one wrist and rub both wrists together and also on the outside of my ears and the back of my neck. I love this oil with or without the Rutavala and I love the smell of the P&C.
I have had trouble sleeping for several years. I would either have trouble getting to sleep, or I would wake in the middle of the night and be up for 2-3 hours before I was able to sleep again. Sometimes, I was awake at 4am and wasn’t able to get back to sleep at all. It is very difficult to get through a day of work without much sleep. I recently received my starter kit and began to use the Peace and Calming the first night. I have had THE BEST, Most Restful, and Most Sound, sleep that I have had in my life since I began using this oil in the diffuser. Now, I diffuse Peace and Calming for about 45 mins before I go to sleep. Then I turn it off, with some of the oil and water left in the diffuser so that when I wake up in the middle of the night, I turn the diffuser on and get right back to sleep. The Peace and Calming EO, the soft light, and the sound of the water in the diffuser are extremely restful. Thank you so much Young Living for giving me back my nights!
I had a nasty bout of eczema suddenly pop up on my elbow. Included was an angry red itching rash lavender wasn’t calming. Peace and Calming had the right name, and I was desperate to find anything to stop the burn. Sure enough, the burning itch stopped, and with continued care the rash is now subsiding.
I used Peace and Calming along with Stress Away on my wrists and breathing it, before going into the dentist office. I usually have to deal with anxiety attacks, but made it through with flying colors four times now. Great oils!
I use Peace and Calming on any pain, layering neat on location right after PanAway, and right before Peppermint. It works like a charm!
Katarzyna would you say this mix would work for labor pain???

I use peace and calming in my bath – 4 – 5 drops – so relaxing and a wonderful prelude to wonderful restful sleep!

My grandson is autistic and Peace and calming helps him calm down and sleep! I love this oil also! So relaxing!
I made “Monster Mist” with Peace and Calming Oil for my 3 year old who became afraid of monsters! The monster mist is water and 15 or so drops of peace and calming in a spray bottle. Whenever he ‘sees’ a monster, he can spray it and the ‘monsters’ are calmed down and go away (and he’s calmed down too!) It’s a great bedtime routine to spray the monsters away!
How mch water did you mix with the 15 drops of Peace and Calming. I have a BIG monster problem.
I put a few drops on a cotton ball and place in the cup holder of my car for long trips – keeps everyone mellow! Also, a drop on my palm to pet my dog’s body during a thunderstorm helps her deal with the noise…and finally, I love to wear it as perfume! Divine! ~ Deirdre T., Distributor
