I apply Peace & Calming to my wrists, Lavender and Stress Away to bottoms of my feet, and Joy with Frankincense on my heart.
My uplifting oils are Lavender, Bergamot, and Vetiver. Whether it's diffusing, making a blend, or smelling any of these oils, I feel at peace with my world.
When overwhelmed, I like to take a moment and inhale beautiful Rose. I have a drop on my diffuser bracelet or just open the bottle if I'm at home. The scent transports me to a magical rose garden and I envision the lovely colors of roses, red, yellow, orange and it's a peaceful setting. I'm uplifted and ready to continue my tasks.
