I'm new to YL and I love my starter kit. In our home we have ADHD and anxiety and someone who is very negative and cranky 😀 I'm not mentioning any names, but it's not me!! I use Stress Away daily. It gets me thru the day. These oils are in my wishlist. I can't wait to see the difference in the atmosphere in my home. If I could win these, I could get started in a less stressful home sooner. Please please please let it be me!!!
I love adding three drops of lavender to one drop of Joy in a diffuser to sleep. It puts me out. I've recommended it to others who have insomnia and it works for them as well.
