Ginger and turmeric have been used for centuries in traditional medicine for their medicinal properties. Ginger is renowned for its ability to aid digestion, reduce inflammation, and alleviate nausea, while turmeric is known for its potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
These cubes can simply be added to a hot cup of water, tea or even your smoothies!
TIP This recipe works best blended in a high-speed blender or NutriBullet. You will also need a fine mesh strainer to strain out the ginger and turmeric pieces left after blending. You can sweeten the cubes to taste using honey if you desire.
NOTE: The cubes can be kept up to one month and can be removed from the tray and be placed in an airtight container if desired.
