Lavender Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups unsweetened almond, dairy, or other milk of your choice
- 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons honey, or more to taste
- 4 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil
Instructions
- Heat 4 cups of milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add 8 tablespoons unsweetened raw cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 4 teaspoons honey; whisk until smooth.
- When warm, remove from heat and stir in 4 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil.
- Serve and enjoy!

Definitely a must try for me. I have yet to try lavender or peppermint vitality oil in my hot chocolate and for others to share. Super excited to try more oils in my cooking.
Clove, cinnamon bark and peppermint are all yummy.

I made hot chocolate using the chocolate pure protein and then added the lavender vitality. Amazing!! it was such a treat on a cold dreary day.
Peppermint Vitality in my coffee!
I put a drop of cinnamon bark vitlaity in my coffee each morning and used to put cinnamon spice in my hot chocolate but will now use the EO!
Thieves Vitality is actually VERY good in coffee!!! Haven’t played with hot chocolates yet but now I will!
