How to Use

Apply to the inner arms, lower back, neck, liver area on the abdomen, and Vita Flex points on the feet.
Diffuse for 30 minutes three times a day during yoga or indoor exercise activities.
Inhale directly from the bottle or add a few drops to warm bath water.
