Please note that as per new customs regulations in New Zealand, there will be a Goods & Services Tax (GST) charged on all NFR orders to New Zealand from December 1, 2019.
This includes regular orders, ER redemption orders and promotional products. At this stage, the GST will be charged at the retail value of the goods. This means that if you redeem your points with the US, then you would be charged GST at retail price value. Shipping and Handling will also include GST.
