Season’s Greetings Everyone! What an extraordinary year it has been for Young Living!
As we reflect on 2024, we're filled with gratitude for all that we’ve accomplished together. This year marked a monumental milestone - 25 incredible years of Young Living in Australia. It’s a testament to the strength, resilience, and unwavering support of our community. Thank you for being a vital part of our journey!
We kicked off the year with a bang at our Vitality Wellness Tour, which travelled across Australia and reached our wonderful friends in both the North and South Islands of New Zealand. The turnout at each event exceeded our expectations! It was such a joy to connect with new Brand Partners and share the life-changing wellness benefits of our products.
A highlight for many was our incentive trip to the YL30 Convention and our stunning Tabiona and Mona Farms in Utah, USA. Over 200 Aussies and Kiwis joined us for an unforgettable experience, diving deep into the heart of Young Living. The International Grand Convention was a celebration of inspiration, motivation, education, and connection. Together, we embraced the vision and mission of founders Gary and Mary Young and celebrated the incredible legacy they’ve created.
Our THRIVE event in Brisbane was another standout. The sunny, welcoming atmosphere was perfect for celebrating our community. With inspiring speakers, uplifting stories from leaders, new product launches, and heartfelt fundraising for the Young Living Foundation, it was a gathering filled with joy, connection and inspiration. The creative costumes and dancing at the finale spectacular made for a memorable close to our 25th anniversary celebrations in Australia.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re thrilled about the exciting events planned across Australia and New Zealand. Qualifiers for YL Escape Vietnam incentive trip will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore a vibrant culture, gain valuable business insights, and celebrate your achievements. It’s going to be an amazing adventure!

This is why the announcement I’m about to make is a particularly difficult one. As some of you may know, I’m originally from South Australia, and for the past five years, I’ve been splitting my time between the Sydney office and my home in South Australia. After much reflection, I feel the time has come to return home to my darling wife Kerry and our sons Ryan and Luke.
My heartfelt gratitude goes to the incredible team at Young Living Australia & New Zealand, who are absolute stars, as well as to each of you, an essential part of the close-knit YL community I hold dear. Thank you for being a meaningful part of my ever-evolving journey, through both the triumphs and challenges. I will always cherish my time here and the many incredible memories. I wish you all good health and continued success as you pursue your dreams.
