Ordering Process
Please phone Member Services and place your order at least 1 hour before you wish to pick it up from our Perth Experience Centre and Product Pick Up. You may also order online and select "Perth Pick-Up" during the ordering process. If you place the order on location, there will be a delay from the warehouse to the pick up area of 30-60 minutes, so it's best to call ahead.
Orders placed Monday - Friday: Orders need to be placed before 1pm AWST for same-day pick-up.
Orders placed after 1pm will be ready for collection the next day.
Note: orders placed on Saturday can only be picked up from the following Monday onwards.
Same-day pick-up ordering for Saturdays is not available. However, orders placed on Friday before 1pm AWST can be picked up on the Saturday.

Orders with quantities over 5 of a particular item may not be fulfilled at the Product Pick Up counter. For quantities over 5 please place your order to be shipped from our warehouse.
Orders will be held at Product Pick Up for 5 business days only. Uncollected orders will be shipped to the member at their own expense.

Training Room Bookings

All applications for the next month's training must be received by the 15th of the current month, to be considered. Booking confirmation will be sent to applicants by the 20th of the current month. Classes to be listed on the corporate Event Calendar will have booking priority over unlisted classes. Evening classes must be listed.
Each booking will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on staff and room availability. Approval is not necessarily guaranteed.
Young Living’s selection criteria include but not limited to: requested date and time, diversity of speakers, variety of topics, size of event, etc.
We only accept a maximum of one evening booking per speaker per month, unless space becomes available.
Young Living reserves the right to refuse a request to hire training room / facilities without reason.
