- Afternoon: Light, well-balanced lunch, Slique Tea, healthy snack (fruit, vegetables, nuts, etc)
- Evening: Light, well-balanced dinner, Slique Tea, NingXia Red 30-60ml (optional)
- Daily: Drink plenty of water throughout the day
Balance Complete should substitute the least nutritional meal in your day. Breakfast and lunch regimen may be reversed. For added benefit, additional Slique Tea may be purchased and integrated into a daily regimen. Exercise should be incorporated into daily activity.

DIRECTIONS
- Bring 250 ml of water to a rolling boil, let cool for three and a half minutes. Place one pouch in a cup, mug or filter and add water. Leave to infuse for at least three minutes.
- Use daily before and after workouts, with meals, or any time you need a natural boost.
- Add your favourite Young Living culinary essential oils as desired.
- Delicious served hot or cold, Slique™ Tea is a guilt-free staple.

DIRECTIONS
- Add 3 scoops of Balance Complete™ to 200-250mL cold water, milk or plant-based milk. Shake, stir, or blend until smooth.
- For added flavour, add fruit or a few drops of a culinary essential oil (e.g. Tangerine, Slique Essence, Peppermint, etc.)
- For daily health maintenance, replace your least nutritious meal with Balance Complete.
