How To Use

Apply topically to get into the cheerful, sweater-weather spirit.

Make a body spray by filling a spray bottle with distilled water, a dash of salt, and 10 drops of oil.

Create cosy, autumn-inspired bath salts with 5 drops of your oil, 1 tablespoon bath gel, and 1 cup of Epsom salt.

(Always mix the oil thoroughly into the bath gel before adding to bathwater).
