You may have heard the term “self-care” before, but do you know what it really means? In this episode of Drop of Inspiration, we invited Haley Jensen and Brittany Jacobson from the Young Living Education team to unlock this mystery buzzword! They’ll discuss the importance of implementing a self-care routine to support spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual health.
Haley and Brittany will also share some creative self-care ideas and strategies like using essential oils with yoga or meditation, taking Epson salt baths with an oil like Lavender essential oil for relaxation, or writing down gratitude lists. The best part? They’ll talk about how you can incorporate self-care into your busy schedule, whether you’re a stay-at-home parent chasing kids all day, working overtime at the office all week, or doing something in between. Self-care is for everyone!
