We’re so excited to celebrate our first Diamond Day at the convention with all of you! Exclusively for Diamond leaders, this day is all about celebrating and treating you to an afternoon of leisure.

On Monday, June 12, Diamond leaders can join us for a day at the driving range at Top Golf in Midvale, Utah. We’ll meet at the south side of the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City to load the bus at 11 a.m. and arrive at Top Golf at noon for lunch, lounging, and driving practice until 3 p.m. IDs are required, and we suggest wearing golf-appropriate attire.

As of February 10, North America Regional President Ben Riley stepped into Executive Vice President of Global Sales Eddie Silcock’s role. After two years with Young Living, Eddie is leaving to spend more time with his soon-to-be wife, Alex, and his four children, dividing his time between the United States and the United Kingdom. We’re so grateful for Eddie’s work at Young Living.

As Regional President of North America, Ben Riley has worked to ensure the success of our field leaders in the U.S. and Canada. He has been with Young Living since June 2016, when he stepped in as Senior Director of Global Sales and has been making a great impact ever since.

While we’re sad to see Eddie go, we’re excited to see Ben in this role and continue our mission of bringing essential oils to every home in the world. Join us in welcoming Ben to the role!

With a recent update to the enrollment process, new members have more choices with Essential Rewards from the start! Previously, we offered only two Essential Rewards kits to choose from at enrollment, but now, enrolling members can customize their initial ER order, adding whatever Young Living products fit their needs and lifestyle.

We’ve also updated our process so that new members enrolling with a Premium Starter Kit and in ER at the same time will now receive all qualifying PV promotional items, including the exclusive ER bonuses at 100 PV and 190 PV. This enhancement will simplify the conversation and incentivize new members to enroll in ER right away.

Also, please note that any orders scheduled for February 28–31 will process on March 1 but will show they were billed on February 28. This ensures that these orders will be applied to February's PV.

Young Living Founder and Chairman of the Board D. Gary Young just finished 500 miles of dogsled racing in Alaska, raising money for The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation to rebuild homes for families in Nepal who are still recovering from the 2015 earthquakes.

Gary trained with Young Living Brand Ambassador and Alaska dogsled race legend Mitch Seavey for the Tustumena 200 and Willow 300 dogsled races, and Young Living members sponsored miles in the race to show support and work together for a good cause.

“Running the race myself on a different schedule, I only saw Gary a couple of times during the race, but his grin was ear to ear. He could hardly believe what he was experiencing: a real no-fooling, long-distance sled dog race in Alaska! Amazing,” Mitch said. “At the finish line in the early morning hours, Gary and team looked fantastic. As his team chowed down on a post-race meal, I asked Gary how he felt. He kept talking about how amazing it was and his heart was full and he loved the dogs and appreciated everyone who helped.”
