DIRECTIONS
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 2 drops of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex or olive oil. Test on a small area of the skin on the underside of your arm, then apply to the desired area as needed.
