SALT LAKE CITY- June 19, 2013- Recently, doTERRA filed a lawsuit against Young Living Essential Oils and individual members of its executive team. Not surprisingly, this lawsuit is based on unsubstantiated claims, and its allegations of defamation and false advertising are baseless and without merit. It was designed and timed to detract from our International Grand Convention held last week. Of course, it had no impact on the success of that wonderful event.

Young Living filed a lawsuit of its own last Thursday in federal court. The facts set forth in the complaint speak for themselves—and they speak volumes. Young Living is confident that the wrongs asserted in our complaint will be addressed and corrected, and we will continue to provide updates on the latest developments.
