Once your Young Living order has arrived, be sure to check the products thoroughly upon receiving the parcel, any order discrepancy or damage must be reported
within 5 days of delivery date (the date the tracking number shows it was delivered). You may return or exchange items purchased within 90 days from original purchase date (order date).

PRODUCT KITS AND COLLECTIONS:
Any product kit and/or collection returned to Young Living must be complete; otherwise, the kit and/or collection will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. No individual items from a kit and/or collection will be eligible for a refund.
ITEMS RETURNED FOR YOUNG LIVING CREDIT:
The credit for opened products will be based on the percentage of the product returned. For example, if 50% of the product is returned, only a credit of 50% (minus shipping) will be credited to the account.
Order payments received via Square cannot be returned to the card utilized unless the return is completed in-person.
If a Square payment return cannot be completed in person, then the payment will be left as a credit on the Customer’s account.
*This is applicable for Square Terminal order payments at the Ontario Experience Centre (OEC) and/or Alberta Experience Centre (AEC).
