How to apply for hosting a workshop
Please complete the
E-Application form
from 1st to 15th each month for the next month application.
(Starting from December 2018, only E-Application form is accepted. Submission by email is not applicable)

Processing priority will be given to public workshop applications.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your application status around the 21st of the month.

How to apply for YL Workshop Product Support
If you host workshop according to our monthly
workshop theme
at Experience Centre Training Room, you can apply for workshop product support.
(Available for Senior Star or above members only)

Once the application is approved, products^ will be provided to the workshop host for teaching purpose and product trial!
Please list out the products you request (please see the products available for each month below) in "Additional Service/ Facilities Request" on the
E-Application form.
^ Products must be returned to YL staff (pick up counter) after the workshop.
Member who applied product support must pay for the above products with full wholesale price if fail to return the products on the same day.
