Q: IS BLOOM COLLAGEN SUITABLE FOR VEGAN/VEGETARIAN?

A: This product is made of marine source i.e. fish, which is not a vegetarian source of ingredient. Other than the hydrolyzed collagen, remaining ingredients are sourced and derived from plants.

Q: HOW MUCH COLLAGEN IS NEEDED IN A DAY?

A: The effective amounts of functional collagen peptides observed in the literature suggest intakes in the range of 2500mg to 15,000mg daily.

Q: CAN PREGNANT LADIES DRINK BLOOM COLLAGEN?

A. The xanthan gum that is used in these products may have been processed with an enzyme derived from the albumen portion of the egg. Therefore, the BLOOM products (cleanser, essence and lotion) are suitable for people following ovo-vegetarian diets but are not vegan friendly.

Q. CAN BLOOM CLEANSER BE USED ON SENSITIVE SKIN?

A. This formula does not contain any harsh sulfates, harsh surfactants, or alcohol that could cause irritation for people with sensitive skin.

Q: WHAT IS AN ESSENCE?

A: An essence is a hydrating, water-based substance that is used after cleansing/toning and before applying a serum or moisturizer. It delivers hydration and/or other targeted benefits to the skin while helping to make the serum/moisturizer you use afterward absorb better into your skin.

Q: WHY IS THE MICA SETTLING TO THE BOTTOM OR STICKING TO THE SIDES OF THE BOTTLE?

A: Since this is a natural formulation without synthetic ingredients to help suspend particles in the solution, some of the mica may settle to the bottom of the bottle or stick to the sides. This will not affect the efficacy or safety of the product. Shaking the bottle before use may help to resuspend the settled mica.
