- Empty the hand soap concentrate into the reusable foaming hand soap bottle, keeping the bottles in close contact.
- Add water to the bottom of the bottle neck—1 part (2 ounces) concentrate refill to 3 parts (6 ounces) water.
- Replace the dispenser pump.
- Give it a good shake to get the party started!
