Apply Rue to your wrists and heart to enjoy its soothing aroma that creates a feeling of clarity.
Apply Rue on the back of your neck and breathe in the aroma to find a moment of calm when your day is overwhelming.
Apply Rue on the bottoms of your feet during your evening routine for a grounding scent.

Aromatic

Diffuse 8–10 drops in your favorite diffuser to create a grounding and soothing atmosphere.
Diffuse to create a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy the moment of calm.

DIRECTIONS

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or olive oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of your arm and apply to desired area as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
