General Event & Ticketing
The Young Living Ignite: Asia-Pacific (APAC) Convention 2023 is an in-person event that will happen on March 16 to 19, 2023, at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. You can only attend the event if you purchase an event ticket.
Tickets will be live on sale starting October 1, 2022 at 7PM (GMT+8) in the official 2023 APAC Convention Ticketmelon website. Click here to access the website: http://bit.ly/2023APACConvention

• Diamond Group Buy Bundle*: Buy 10 tickets at USD$199 each, and get 1 ticket free (Available from October 1 to December 16, 2022)
• Early Bird Rate: USD$199 each (Available from October 1 to December 16, 2022)

Yes, but the ticket modification is subject to a modification charge of $25 USD per ticket. A ticket can only be requested to be modified once.

Yes, refunds are allowable but only under valid conditions. Accepted valid conditions may include but are not limited to:
If a refund is granted, only 25% of the ticket price will be refunded. Refund process will be under the protocols of the ticketing platform.

Upon payment confirmation, E-ticket PDF/s will be sent to the email address that was used to register for the Ticketmelon account.
You may also go back and see your purchased ticket/s in your Ticketmelon account profile. Use the same log-in details that was used to register and purchase a ticket.
Important Note: If you are buying multiple tickets for other people, the ticket buyer is responsible for sending out all E-ticket PDFs to the actual ticket users. Ticketmelon will not send the individual E-ticket/s PDFs to different recipients, only to the individual ticket buyer.
The E-ticket PDF was sent to the registered email address of the person who purchased the ticket.
Each E-ticket PDF contains a unique QR code which is needed for event registration and to enter the event.
Each QR code is linked to the person indicated on the ticket. Once the QR Code is scanned at the event registration, it cannot be used by another person to enter the event.
Printed or digital formats (through smartphone or tablets) are accepted as long as the QR code shown on the ticket is visible, undamaged and scannable.
Infants and toddlers 2 years old and below are allowed inside of the event free of charge.
Children 2 years old and above who will require their own seating during the event sessions will require an event ticket.
Kindly note that there will be no childcare amenities in the convention area. We recommend event goers to plan accordingly to be able to fully enjoy the event.
No, the free Welcome Bag will only be distributed during the actual event.
Only Young Living members with purchased tickets can have access to buy event exclusive sets and bundles until supplies last.
Non-members (even those who have bought tickets) cannot purchase event exclusive sets and bundles.
Yes, but more details will be released soon on available languages, as well as portions of the event that will have access to translations. Kindly check back for updates.
No, the event will not have an online version, it can only be enjoyed in-person.

Recognition
Young Living markets in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, and New Zealand
Qualified Young Living members ranked Silver and above from November 2018 to December 2022 will be recognized at the event.
Your local Sales team will contact you for more information.
A representative to be recognized will not be allowed. If Young Living members who are qualified to be recognized are unable to attend the event, their on-stage recognition slot and gift will be forfeited.
Gala Dinner
Only Gala Dinner ticket holders can attend the Gala Dinner event. Only Young Living achieved Diamond and above leaders who have purchased Ignite 2023: APAC Convention ticket will have access to purchase the Gala Dinner tickets.
The Gala Dinner is scheduled on March 17, 2023 from 7 PM to 11 PM.
Any changes to the schedule will be announced accordingly.
