2.6 How do I pay for my Loyalty Rewards subscription order?
We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Octopus, AlipayHK, WechatPay HK, PayMe and Cash payment.

3.1 How do I earn gifts through the Loyalty Reward Subscription Program?
When you place consecutive Loyalty Reward subscription orders, you can earn exclusive gifts^. You’ll qualify for these gifts when you place consecutive Loyalty Rewards subscription orders for 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, and 36 months. After 36 months, you’ll receive gifts after every 12 months of consecutive orders.
‧ 3 consecutive months: Pre-selected essential oil x 1 (with value of 7.5PV or above)
‧ 6 consecutive months: Pre-selected essential oil x 1 (with value of 14.5PV or above)
‧ 9 consecutive months: Pre-selected essential oil x 1 (with value of 15.5PV or above)
‧ 12 consecutive months: Loyalty, a special blend formulated by Young Living Founder D. Gary Young specifically for Loyalty Rewards members!
^The loyalty gift oils are available while quantities last. Substitute oils will be sent as replacements in the event that quantities of the specified oils are exhausted.
*If you skip an LR subscription order, you will start your qualification count (including gift qualification) from the beginning.
**Beginning January 1, 2018, Loyalty Rewards subscription orders must have a minimum of 100PV to be qualified for the loyalty gifts. On the month members receive the loyalty gifts (the 4th month, the 7th month, the 10th month, the 13th month etc), they also need to reach at least 100PV on Loyalty Rewards subscription order. Otherwise the gift will not be included in their subscription orders.

3.3 If I earn a gift and then don’t process an order, can I re-earn that gift?
No, you may only earn each gift one time. For example, you might earn the 3 month gift and later cancel your Loyalty Rewards subscription orders. If you start Loyalty Rewards subscription again, the next gift you’ll be eligible for will be the 6 month gift, not a second 3 month gift. If you cancel your Loyalty Rewards subscription order the month after you’ve earned a gift, the gift will come with your next processed Loyalty Rewards subscription order should you choose to reactivate in the subscription.
4.2 How can I change the processing date of my Loyalty Rewards subscription order?
Log in to Virtual Office, click “Loyalty Rewards”, and then click "Change Processing Date" to edit the date. Please make the changes at least
2 days
before your original processing date. Click “Change Day” after making changes.
If any specific date is not available for you to choose, it may mean that the quota of that date is already full. Our Customer Service Team could neither choose that date for you. Please choose another available date instead.

6.7 Can I redeem LR points outside my market?
With over 2 million members worldwide and products shipped to more than 143 countries, we know that many of our members travel the world to share Young Living. So what if you want to redeem your Loyalty Rewards (LR) points while visiting another market? Here are some guidelines to help you plan ahead and make sure you always have your YL favorites, no matter where your journey may take you: To redeem LR points in a market that is not your home market, you must be present in the market, and you may not redeem LR points on behalf of another member. The market you are visiting may limit quantities or restrict products that you can redeem LR points for.You will be allowed to place only two orders per month with LR points and can redeem only up to 125 LR points total per month in any market other than your home market. If you redeem 125 points on your first order, a second order will not be allowed.You can redeem LR points for the Premier Aroma Collection only once per the life of your account, and this collection can be purchased with LR points only in your home market. (Hong Kong does not carry Premier Aroma Collection)
