- Diffuse Sage during traditional clearing practices.
- Combine Sage with Relaxation™ or Dragon Time™ massage oils and apply it to your neck and shoulders for a soothing massage.
- Add 1 drop of Sage Vitality to a vegetable capsule and take it as a dietary supplement.
- Add a few drops of Sage Vitality to savory dishes, poultry seasonings, soups, sauces, and more for its classic herbal flavor.
Label Directions
Topical:
Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ or olive oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of arm and apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.

Product Background
Known as “herba sacra,” or “sacred herb,” by the ancient Romans, sage (Salvia officinalis) derives its botanical name from the Latin word for salvation. Traditionally used in clearing rituals, Sage essential oil has a bold, herbaceous aroma that can be used aromatically for this same purpose.
