To Our Leaders,
Globally, Young Living has experienced significant growth over the past several months. We are grateful to leaders like you who have worked tirelessly and faithfully to fuel this growth while supporting the increased demand experienced throughout the pandemic.
With growth, however—especially during these unpredictable times—comes new challenges. We realise that many markets have experienced similar challenges and reductions in supply, and we are doing everything we can to rectify this situation. Please know that this is a global issue and does not stem from a lack of focus or effort in any one market. To the opposite, our local market teams, led by our country and general managers, have been equally tireless and resolute in their insistence to keep you supplied. Both you and they deserve better.
As an Operations team, we take full responsibility for these issues during our explosive growth. We are aware that this, along with other delays due to COVID-19, has placed new constraints on our supply chain. Some of these delays were due to third-party suppliers, and others were of our own deficiency. I want to assure all of you that we have and will continue to institute comprehensive solutions to secure sufficient supply for all markets, while also ensuring that our local markets, you and our general managers, are being heard and supported with the immediacy you rightfully deserve.
The buck stops with me, and I pledge my personal commitment to holding our entire Operations organisation responsible for restocking and keeping our markets supplied with our life-enhancing products.

We have restructured the Operations department and added new capacity to key functions so we can more optimally support global markets.
We have revised our end-to-end process to support key products in stock.
We have improved our executional process for kitting while providing expanded data visibility to the market.
