How to Use
NingXia Red: Drink 60 ml twice daily. Best served chilled. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Do not use if the seal is broken.
Mineral Essence: Take 5ml morning and evening or as needed as a mineral supplement. May be added to 120-250ml of distilled/purified water or juice before drinking. Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening.
