Q: Why does the label say to refrigerate Life 9?
A: Once you have opened your Life 9, we recommend that you keep it refrigerated to protect the integrity and efficacy of the product. Once the vacuum seal of the bottle is broken, the live cultures can start to weaken. It should not cause harm to still take them, however, we cannot guarantee its full efficiency.
