Together, let’s celebrate Young Living Australia’s 25th anniversary!

I’m sure you’ll agree, 2023 was a wonderful year but I promise, 2024 will be both momentous and truly memorable!

Each month of our 25th anniversary year brings something fresh, fun and exciting— with an extra celebratory twist! It’s filled with everything you love, like must-have new products, fun get-togethers and gatherings, training workshops, promotions and special offers, and opportunities to earn luxurious trips to great locations! As our corporate team planned this power-packed year, I couldn’t help but reflect on YL Australia’s journey so far. And what a journey it’s been. Back in February 1999, who could have predicted that Young Living would achieve such phenomenal global growth in the 25 years since it opened its very first office outside of the USA, in sunny Brisbane, Australia!

At the time, a flurry of activity prior to the official launch saw our founder Gary Young conduct small workshops across Australia, with just 30 oils. Our very first member Artemis had joined as an NFR member on Essential Rewards and was earning her first YL commission cheques. In the months and years to follow, thanks to the planning, passion and persistence of Gary, Artemis and others too numerous to mention here, YL Australia continued to grow… and grow… and grow.

Today, 25 years later, I also thank you, the many YL members who, just like Artemis, share your love of oils and the life-changing benefits they bring, with so many others, every day. I appreciate your belief in Young Living products and your contribution to our YL Australia journey so far. I can’t wait to see where the next 25 years take us!

Of course, there have been many milestones along the way. In 2002, we expanded our product offering by launching ‘Berry Young Juice’ which led the way to our best-selling Ningxia Red, which remains one of our top-selling wellness products today. Our very first member Artemis became Australia’s first Diamond Leader in 2009 and only the 2nd Diamond outside of the USA! As you know, she also became our very first Royal Crown Diamond (2020). Alan and Linda Simpson (2017), then Naomi Wells (2020) achieved the rank of Crown Diamond, each supporting teams of passionate individuals along their own personal development and wellness journeys. In 2018, we opened the New Zealand market to welcome our Kiwi friends to the YL community and became known as Young Living, Australasia.

Gary and Mary Young proved a potent force, their combined talents and qualities, and shared values creating the YL we know today. Sadly in 2018, Young Living Founder Gary Young, passed away — his legacy however, remains. With Mary at the helm and supported by sons Jacob and Joseph Young, and Jacob’s wonderful wife Kait, YL continues to go from strength to strength.

With February already here, I feel our 25th Anniversary year might just fly by! I started this message with a teaser of what’s in store, but the details are yet to come. Keep a close eye on your Inbox and YL socials because when they do, I’m confident that you’ll be as excited as I am!
