We are excited to announce our Keynote speaker Dr Louise Mahler for this year's Virtual Convention. Louise is a powerhouse of knowledge and performance brilliance. Rarely does one find a powerhouse of academic insight, observational excellence and dynamic delivery to shed new light on a topic that’s critical to us all—ourselves! Louise’s inimitable style and deep insight in her field are shared in keynotes and coaching internationally, where high-stake leadership beckons. A foremost expert in body language, voice and human behavior, Louise has a PhD in Business, and degrees in Organisational Psychology as well as Music.

Her skills as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming pull together her academic study and years of professional performance on the European opera stage to put her in a league of her own. In the process of completing her award-winning PhD, Louise observed a ‘missing ingredient’ in corporate leadership around the unsung wisdom of the mind-body-voice connection she calls Vocal Intelligence. These blended skills bring powerful observation that elicits discernible, positive change and together with an understanding of the psychology behind high-stake engagements and the structures for handling emotion, combine to build the Mahler Method. The Mahler Method teaches you the vital techniques to ‘be heard’ in hostile environments.

Louise is regular contributor to the media appearing on Australian television, appearing in print and radio and speaks and coaches worldwide. She is in demand through Adobe in the USA, India and the South Pacific, has travelled with Gartner to the USA and Europe and is a repeat guest for the elite Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Top of the Table in the USA. Her book ‘Resonate’ is published by Penguin/Random House.

Growing up with the Young Living Lifestyle, beginning with his mother’s introduction to the oils in 1994, Chris Opfer joined Young Living as a distributor in 2002. Although an avid and faithful user of the products, he pursued his dream to become a lawyer and prosecutor. Chris graduated from the University of Denver in 2007 with a degree in both Political Science and Criminology. Three years later, in 2010, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and began practicing as a prosecutor in Colorado’s most populous judicial district.  In 2016, Chris left his successful career as a prosecutor to join Vicki as a business partner in YL Family, Inc. Chris is an author and has lectured both nationally and internationally for Young Living. More than anything, though, Chris enjoys helping others share the freedom that comes with the Young Living Lifestyle. 

Olivier Wenker, MD, DEAA, ABAARM, FAARFM, MBA, (AKA ‘Doctor Oli’) is European-board certified in Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine, and Emergency/Disaster Medicine, as well as being American-board certified in Anti-Ageing and Regenerative Medicine. He served for many years as an emergency physician on board rescue helicopters. He worked as a trauma field physician, rescue diver, disaster lead physician, and as chief of a medical team for special police forces. Doctor Oli is passionately involved in educating patients and the public to better understand the connections between lifestyle choices and the use of naturally-derived products such as essential oils or cannabinoids. Together with his wife Ellen he is involved in rescuing abused and abandoned dogs. They especially take care of old and medically challenged dogs. Ellen and Oli Wenker reached the Young Living rank of Crown Diamond in 2017. Doctor Oli had the honour of learning the many ways to use essential oils from his best friend Gary Young. He is now committed to pass on this knowledge to others.
