- 118 ml (½ cup) shea butter
- 59 ml (¼ cup) coconut oil
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) cayenne pepper powder
- 10–15 drops Deep Relief oil blend
- 6 drops Lavender oil
Combine all in a jar, melt shea butter and coconut oil on low heat, add essential oils last.
