Recognition Retreats
Retreats are open to qualifying Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond leaders. There’s one retreat for each rank, so you can network with leaders at your same level and enjoy training tailored to your needs. To qualify for a retreat, you’ll need to reach the required rank and maintain it for three or more consecutive months within the qualification period.

Silver Retreat attendees tour the Young Living® Lavender Farm and Distillery in Mona, Utah. Spanning 1,700 acres of beautiful scenery and fragrant flowers, this farm is a center for new and innovative distillation methods. See our Seed to Seal® quality commitment in action and learn about the care, conservation, and science behind every bottle of Lavender essential oil.

One of the highlights of the Gold Retreat is the opportunity to visit the farm where it all began. The St. Maries™ Lavender Farm and Distillery in Idaho is the first Young Living® farm and the birthplace of our Seed to Seal® quality commitment. Dig into our roots and go behind the scenes of the distillation process for our Lavender and Melissa essential oils.

Immerse yourself in the lush landscape of our Finca Botanica™ Farm and Distillery in Ecuador. How to qualify*
New Diamond Retreat Brand Partners
New Diamond leaders can earn their place on the Diamond Retreat by achieving the paid-as rank of Diamond, Crown Diamond, and/or Royal Crown Diamond for a minimum of three consecutive months (per rank) for the first time in their Young Living history within the qualification period (January 1–December 31 of a given year).**
Returning Diamond, Crown Diamond, and Royal Crown Diamond Brand Partners
Brand Partners who have met the “New Diamond Retreat Brand Partner” requirements for a past Diamond Retreat and would like to attend the Diamond Retreat again may choose to do so. Young Living will pay a percentage of the cost of the trip, including travel, for one Brand Partner per Diamond account and one qualified guest,*** based on the number of months they have achieved the paid rank of Diamond or above during the qualification period. Please see the percentage breakdown on page two of the flyer linked below. (This option is based upon retreat availability.)
