What is Silver Bound Bonus Program?
Young Living’s Silver Bound Bonus program is a complimentary bonus incentive plan that runs alongside our compensation plan. The aim is to incentivize achieving rank goals AND maintaining them through cash bonuses.
Who is eligible for Silver Bound Program?
This program was created for new Brand Partners, Stars, Senior Stars, and Executives. Existing Brand Partners may be eligible to participate. Rules and conditions will apply

* The R500 Achieve Star Instant Bonus does not form part of the Young Living Silver Bound Bonus Program and is only available to New Stars who qualified within their first 2 months from joining Young Living. When you hit Star Rank for the first time you will receive your R500 earnings the following week by Friday.
**The R787 includes the R500 Achieve Star Instant Bonus and Silver Bound Maintain Star Bonus, The totals for Senior Star, Executive & Silver is Silver Bound Bonuses paid out when you Achieve and Maintain a Rank.

HERE’S A MORE DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF THE QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SILVER BOUND BONUS PROGRAM:
Silver Bound Star bonus:
Prequalifying rank: Distributor
Qualification period: Two calendar months, excluding the month a brand partner enrolls in Young Living for the first time
Leg requirement: Two legs at 200 OGV each
OGV requirement: 500 total OGV
Reward: One-time bonus of R500 instant cash, the week after you hit Star. Maintain Star for a second month and earn R287 payable with your monthly commissions.
Silver Bound Senior Star bonus:
Prequalifying rank: Star
Qualification period: Three calendar months from the month in which a customer qualified as a Star for the first time
Leg requirement: Two legs at 500 OGV each
OGV requirement: 2,000 total OGV
Reward: Achieve Senior Star and earn a bonus of R575, maintain Senior Star for a second month and earn R862 and maintain Senior Star for the third month and earn R1,437 payable with your monthly commissions.
Silver Bound Executive bonus:
Prequalifying rank: Senior Star
Qualification period: Three calendar months from the month in which a customer qualified as a Senior Star for the first time
Leg requirement: One additional leg at 500 OGV (not including the two legs of 1,000 OGV each required to hit Executive)
OGV requirement: 4,000 total OGV
Reward: Achieve Executive and earn R1,150, maintain Executive for a second month and earn R1 725, and maintain Executive for the third month and earn R2 878 payable with your monthly commissions.
Silver Bound Silver bonus:
Prequalifying rank: Executive
Qualification period: Four calendar months from the month in which a customer qualified as an Executive for the first time
Leg requirement: One additional leg of 1,000 OGV (not including the two legs of 4,000 OGV each required to hit Silver)
OGV requirement: 10,000 total OGV
Reward: Achieve Silver and earn a bonus of R2,300, maintain Silver for a second month and earn R3,450, Maintain Silver for a third month and earn a bonus of R11,500. You also will be a qualifier for the infamous Silver Retreat.

To earn the cash payout at any of the qualifying ranks, you need to hit three milestones:
1.
Reach the rank in the time frame shown. This is measured as the number of calendar months from first-time qualification of your previous rank.**
2.
Meet the leg requirements. These are above and beyond any leg requirements needed to hit each rank per the standard rank progression.
3.
Achieve the OGV requirement. This is the sum of your PV and the PV of everyone in your team. The beauty of Silver Bound is that it allows you to grow your business at your own pace. You do not need to consecutively achieve all four rank qualifications to participate.
Another benefit of Silver Bound is it’s not just for new business builders. This bonus program is available for all customers the first time they achieve a new rank. You are not eligible to earn the Silver Bound bonus for any rank you have previously achieved, even if your current rank is lower than that previous rank.
First-time ranking Brand partners, Stars, Senior Stars, and Executives are eligible to participate. Remember, if you have previously achieved a higher rank within the bonus, you will only be able to achieve bonuses beginning at your highest achieved level. You will also need to earn that next bonus within the required time period.
